All of our mowing packages include power edging which is the process in which the over grown grass and weeds that invade your hard surface areas, like sidewalks, curbs and driveways, is edged (cut) and delineated. After completion of this process, it gives your property a clean, sharp, well manicured appearance.

As technology changes, we believe in updating our equipment to provide the highest quality service. Most of our mowers are operated by hydraulics and equipped with pneumatic tires. These features help with turning, and limit ground compaction. Lawn maintenance by Ohio Lawncare Company Professionals helps to keep your grass green, lush and manicured. We eliminate weeds and pests like clover or dandelions and prevent crabgrass from appearing. Maintaining a health lawn is the best way to keep out disease. Our lawn professionals tailor an approach for your space based on the specific area, considering everything from cultural elements, climate, and to average rainfall rates.

Our residential integrated service packages are:

• Basic - "as needed" service calls for mowing, trimming and edging of sidewalks, walkways, curbs and along concrete patios and driveways. Areas for edging that are overgrown will become more delineated over time. Additionally we provide monthly monitoring for weeds, and obvious turf damage due to pests and diseases.
• Classic - provides everything from the Basic lawncare program as well as one turf analysis per year, either done in the spring or fall and our annual health report of your turf and green areas (requires 3 months of uninterrupted service).
• Premier - includes everything from the Basic and Classic lawn care programs as well as: annual aeration and overseeding(once in the spring or fall), monthly leaf, debris and litter removal or pulverization, monthly softscape bed defining and weed removal, regular fertilization, pest, weed and disease control applications as recommended by the Dept of Agriculture. Any costs for materials such as seed, fertilizer or pesticide are billed separately prior to application.

Custom Lawn Care Services

Because our lawn services are designed to fulfill the needs of your specific lawn and greenspace, there is no exact timeframe in which lawn services must be applied. We don't base your lawn service on a one-size-fits-all standard. However, typical lawn care calls for four to six fertilizer applications per year, regular "as needed" mowing, which averages to 31 mowings per year, fall aeration and 1-2 pest control applications per year.
